Jade & Justice: A Master Forger's Deadly Lesson

"1990s Yancheng. After witnessing his father's murder by antique forgery syndicate ""White Flower Society"", teenage Xiao Nan apprentices at Su Qiaoqiao's antique shop—honing his skills to spot fakes and hunt killers. His first test comes when master forger ""Ghost Hand Deng"" presents a fake Western Zhou bronze ding. Xiao Nan wagers a rare Qixiang Tongbao mother coin, exposing anachronistic casting marks. But the real discovery? The forgery bears the same flaws as the artifact that got his father killed. At the Po Yan Zhai authentication tournament, Xiao Nan outsmarts gang enforcer Lei Biao by proving the prized ""A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains"" painting is a Yuan Dynasty replica—using reed stem joints invisible to naked eyes. The final confrontation with Patriarch Shi revolves around a Song Dynasty octagonal Buddha statue. As Xiao Nan delays the appraisal, police sirens erupt—his hidden Motorola pager blinking with the code for ""justice served"". A 90s neo-noir where every brushstroke hides bloodstains, and only the son of the murdered can tell real from ruin."
